We do not provide extensions or refunds for time periods where our technical analysts are unable to post Market Message articles regardless of the reason.  This includes times when our analysts are on vacation or are otherwise unavailable.  Our analysts try very hard to ensure that a new market message article is posted at least once a day however that may not always happen.
