Why can't I log in to my StockCharts account anymore?

You may have entered your User ID or password incorrectly. Your User ID should be the e-mail address we have on record for your account. Re-enter your information carefully and try again.
Check to make sure you are using the correct password. If you have forgotten your password, you can Click Here to have it sent to you again.
Lastly, make sure that your account is not in the declined state. If you logon and see a message that reads " We have temporarily suspended your account because your most recent credit card payment has been declined by our bank. In order to re-activate your account, you'll need to re-submit your payment using our secure payment order form. If you are sure that your credit card is still valid, be sure to re-enter your card information very carefully. One wrong number is all it takes...".
