When you place an order with us, you should receive a email message within 10 minutes confirming your order. As soon as your order is processed - typically within a few hours - you should receive a second email message confirming your renewal order was processed and your account activated. If you do not receive those messages within 24 hours, please send an email message via our Feedback Form explaining the situation.
There are two common reasons for this problem:
1.) You entered an incorrect email address into our form, or
2.) You have a spam filter on your email account that intercepted our message.
