Why am I not receiving the email alerts when a new Market Message is posted?

Your account may not be currently set to receive the alerts. To verify, please login and click the "Your Account" link from your member home page in the upper right corner. Scroll down to the section titled "Your Notification Settings" and verify that it says "Unsubscribe."  If it says "Subscribe" then click on the button.  A small window will popup to confirm the change.  Click "OK" and then the page will refresh and the button will say "Unsubscribe."  Please note: It may take up to 24 hours for our system to recognize this change.

We have also noticed an increasing number of e-mail clients are using spam blockers that can affect delivery of some e-mail messages. To help ensure delivery of your Market Message Alert, please add the e-mail address, mmsupport@stockcharts.com, to your address book and safe sender list.
