What happens to my charts if I downgrade from Extra, ExtraRT or PRO to a Basic account?

If you downgrade your account from our Extra, ExtraRT or PRO service to our Basic service, you will be prompted to select one of your ChartLists that you want to bring with you to your new Basic account. We will convert any charts in the list you select so that they appear inside your Basic account.
