If you cannot see that image either, then you need to check your security software and your browser settings to make sure PNG formatted images are allowed. If you use the Firefox browser you will want to check and make sure "Load Images Automatically" is enabled. Please refer to this step by step article on how to check to make sure load images automatically is enabled.
If you can see that image, but you still cannot see our SharpCharts (bar / candlestick charts), then you should - as a test - try using a different browser like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
If the charts still do not appear after changing browsers, please let our support team know.
