ExtraRT and PRO members must wait 15 minutes when changing computers or web browsers.

Due to restrictions placed upon us by the various stock exchanges, we have to insure that ExtraRT and PRO accounts are only being used by one person at a time.  In order to prevent multiple people from using the same account, we have added security measures to our system.  Those measures assume that ExtraRT and PRO members do not use multiple computers or multiple browsers simultaneously during market hours.  If you are an ExtraRT or PRO member and you want to switch computers or browsers in the middle of the day, you'll have to wait 15 minutes in order to do so.
