We do not provide refunds for our charting service memberships under any circumstances.

Before someone can sign up for our service or renew an existing membership, they must check a checkbox acknowledging that they understand that their order is "NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES".

The only exception to this policy is for people who are signing up for our Fully-Refundable Trial Subscription. Click here for more information. All other subscription payments are non-refundable including all ExtraRT payments, multi-month subscriptions, and Upgrade orders.

Reasons for this policy:

For members that sign up for our "ExtraRT!" service and complete the exchange agreements, we have to pay the stock exchanges up front for each members' use of our site. The payment that we make to the exchanges is non-refundable, thus we cannot provide a refund option to "ExtraRT!" subscribers.

An unfortunate reality of our business is that people try to rip off our charts all the time. Because we are a service and because our charts are only "valuable" for a very short period of time, we cannot "recover" our charts from someone who steals them. Any refund policy that we create would be subjected to abuse and fraud by a significant number of people and we would have no way to stop that abuse - short of re-establishing a "no refund" policy.
