Public ChartLists are for sharing ideas freely with other people. They are not an advertising platform. While there is a gray area here as to what constitutes "excessive commercialism," the following examples are definitely over the line:

  * Mentions of stock-picking performance
  * Stock-picking accuracy claims
  * Any mention of pricing for a service or product
  * Claims of withheld information that require readers to visit another website
  * Anything that generates lots of complaints to us from readers
