As an Extra or Pro subscriber, you have the ability to create and run custom scans. At times, you may find that you want to save your scan results. In this article, you will find instructions on the different ways you can save your scan results.
Once you've run your scan, you have the option to save the results to a ChartList. On the scan results page in the “Scan Results” box, click the “Available Actions” dropdown and select “Store these results in a new ChartList”. By selecting this option, you create a brand new ChartList that will contain your scan results. A pop-up will appear asking you to name the list; once you do so, hit “OK”.
In addition to saving your results in a new list, you can also replace an existing ChartList with your current scan results or merge the results with a list you've already created. These can be helpful for members who run the same scan every day and want to keep a preexisting ChartList, but update it with the most current results.
To replace an existing ChartList, click on the “Available Actions” dropdown and select “Replace an existing ChartList with these results”. This will open a popup that asks you to select the list you are replacing; pick your desired list and click “OK”.
If you want to merge these results with a preexisting ChartList, click on the “Available Actions dropdown and select “Merge these results with an existing ChartList.” A popup will appear asking you to pick a list to merge the charts into; select your desired option and click “OK”.
If you want to download your scan results to a CSV file, click on the “Available Actions” dropdown and select “Download in CSV Format”. The download will start immediately.
