We send all new members a welcoming email to verify their email address and password. Paying members will also receive a reminder email when their account is about to expire. Members who choose our monthly auto-renew feature will also receive an email message if their credit card is about to expire. We also send a final message to expired members just before their account is permanently erased. Users cannot opt-out of this type of messages, though they can deactivate their account.

"ChartWatchers" Newsletter

If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for their email address. Out of respect for our users' privacy, we provide a way to opt-out of these communications.
